How do I determine if my fan is a pusher
(blower) or a sucker fan?
Fans can rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise and can suck or push (blow) air when moving in either direction. At Breeza Fans USA, we always view the fan as if we are the motor and are behind the fan. If you feel air blowing at you when you are sitting on the motor, we call this fan a sucker fan. If the air is blowing away from you, we call this fan a pusher (blower) fan.
How soon can I get my fan after I have
ordered?
Breeza Fans USA offers the quickest delivery in the industry. In emergency situations, we can usually expedite your order and ship the fan within 24 hours of receiving the order. Normal lead time is five working days for smaller quantities. For larger quantities, please contact us.
What size fans are available?
Breeza Fans USA
offer fans ranging in diameter size form 8 inches to 53 inches. Larger
diameters might be available for certain situations.
What material do you use when
manufacturing your fans?
Our fans are modular
giving us flexibility in materials and lead times. Our hubs are made
mostly of R6 aluminum milled to the correct specification. We do make
steel hubs available on our Shogun and
WindShift fan models.
How do I make certain I am
getting the correct air flow for my application?
Our engineering
department has many years of experience in calculating proper air flow.
Once we understand the application, we can advise the correct fan
configuration to provide the necessary air flow.
How do I make certain I can
mount my fan to the motor I have?
Your fan will either
attach onto a shaft or bolt onto your engine. Either way, we will
machine the hub with the correct measurements enabling it to attach
properly. For shaft mounted applications, we will work with you to
determine the correct mounting hardware (keyway,
taperloc, trantorque, etc.). For bolt mounted applications, we will work
with you to determine the right pilot hole and bolt circle
specifications. Please click here

understanding/providing the measurements needed.
How do I determine if my fan rotates right
or left (clockwise or counterclockwise)
At Breeza Fans USA we always view the fan as if we are the motor and the fan is in front of us. If the fan is rotating to the left it is counterclockwise. If the fan is rotating to the right, it is clockwise. We can manufacture the fan to blow or suck air turning in either direction.
